The IDRlabs Winds of Magic Test is the property of IDRlabs International. The Test utilizes the concept of Warhammer Winds of Magic but is not associated with Games Workshop or the Warhammer franchise, and it is not the equivalent of other “Warhammer” or “Warhammer Magic” tests. Associated marks, logos, illustrations, images, names, creatures, races, vehicles, locations, weapons, units and unit insignia, characters, and the distinctive likenesses thereof from the Warhammer and Warhammer 40,000 universes are either ® or TM, and/or © Games Workshop Limited, variably registered in the UK and other countries around the world. The test provides feedback such as the following: Heavens: The Blue Wind of Magic – Azyr, the Lore of Heavens – is supposed to be a manifestation of the Aethyr's reflection of inspiration and things that are beyond reach. This Wind's magic is built on the ability to know the unknown and manipulate the heavens. Magisters of the Celestial Order use this magical expertise, also known as Astromancy, to divine the future and pluck the strands of fate. Azyr appears to those who have the Sight as a charged, crackling cascade similar to lightning. It has few temporal boundaries and is said to float beyond physical distances as easily as it reaches into all potential futures. Azyr's power causes its practitioners to become dreamy and ethereal, with a mystical quality.

Metal: The Yellow Wind of Magic – Chamon, the Lore of Metal – is a manifestation of the Aethyric abstract and reality of logic, the urge to quantify, the desire and need to study and instruct, and the need to use learning to achieve practical or tangible goals. Alchemy, the art and science of transmutation, creation, and exploration, is Chamon's magic. The majority of its spells deal with transformation — rusting new metal into old, converting one metal into another, or enchanting it to make it more powerful. Chamon appears to individuals with Witchsight as a dense and heavy wind. The so-called Gold Wizards, who utilize Chamon develop a logical bent, become dry, analytical, and unyielding in their approaches.
